Hello! My name is Matt Hoffman. I am a licensed professional counselor at Resolute Counseling LLC serving in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. I specialize in serving caregivers of loved ones living with complex medical challenges or childhood disability. As a father of a child living with complex medical challenges and disability, I am familiar with the grief and loss that comes with the challenge of caregiving. I wish to come alongside those who feel that they are living in two different worlds... both of which may seem unnoticeable by the other. There is a way forward. Let's find it together. I utilize a trauma-informed approach along with an emphasis in narrative therapy to help us make some sense of our stories. While I do offer these specialties and emphases, I also strive to remain well-rounded in my approach by drawing from a broad selection of treatment modalities.
